How do legal teams work?

A legal team needs exactly 11 Playing XI members. Reserve players can be added any time, and at least two reserves are required when the squad has low-health players.
Your Playing XI must have exactly 11 selected players. The six reserve slots can be named over time, but if any active player drops to 20% health or lower, at least two reserve players must be named before a new match can start. Captain, vice-captain, and wicketkeeper are match choices, not permanent registration roles.
