- This hotfix repairs Google sitemap discovery by shipping a public robots.txt file, keeping a PHP robots fallback, and refreshing the physical sitemap.xml served by Apache.
- K-Quest result and audit pages now render safely after a player finishes a run instead of hitting a temporary portal error.
- Hindi and Gujarati K-Quest story nodes now reseed with native story text instead of repeating the English storyline.
- Hindi and Gujarati K-Quest choice buttons now reseed with translated text while preserving any admin-customized translations.
- K-Quest start and choice forms now include session tokens so valid player actions are accepted correctly.
- Direct visits or refreshes on K-Quest action URLs now return players to the correct K-Quest screen instead of leaving a blank page.
- Expired session-token actions now show a clear retry message and return to the previous portal page when safe.
- K-Cricket no longer exposes duplicate team-code SQL errors when a code is already taken.
- Bot opponent teams now use a larger unique-code space with retry protection to prevent collisions such as KC58.
- Players now see a clear message when a team code is unavailable and can choose another code safely.
- K-Quest: The Curse of Kalvan Fort is now playable as a native one-attempt storybook RPG inside KCGP.
- Players can choose a class, make branching choices, collect items, allies, curses, and secrets, and reach scored endings.
- K-Quest has dedicated player navigation, a live Chapter 1 play screen, result pages, and a leaderboard.
- Admins can review runs, reset a player run, manage story artwork, and edit story translations.
- Install and update now create or repair the K-Quest database tables in one version-safe release.
- K-Checkers now renders as a true 8x8 square board instead of a row of coordinate chips.
- K-Checkers pieces are round discs, legal moves and captures are highlighted, and tap or drag movement remains server-validated.
- K-Ludo board styling has been hardened so the 15x15 table, yards, paths, safe squares, home lanes, and tokens render as a real board.
- CSS and JavaScript assets are now version cache-busted so browsers load the corrected board code after update.
- K-Quest has been added as the next Exclusive Game public/player entry point for the upcoming storybook RPG.
- Portal emails now use branded HTML layouts with plaintext alternatives.
- Active sponsors can be thanked in outgoing emails with clickable website links and optional promotional attachments.
- Sponsors can be scheduled by start/end time and targeted globally, to tournaments, to custom HTML5 games, or to exclusive games.
- Tournament banners can now be uploaded by admins and are automatically compressed under 200 KB.
- Mission Control Season 1 has a seeded tournament banner for player-facing tournament pages.
- K-Checkers now includes working piece color data, drag-and-drop movement, tap movement, and clearer board coordinates.
- K-Ludo now uses a real 15x15 visual board with yards, paths, safe squares, home lanes, colored tokens, and drag/tap token movement.

- The public K-Stocks information page no longer triggers the heavy K-Stocks schema layer just to render marketing copy.
- The public home page now previews a limited number of custom HTML5 games instead of loading every game card at once.
- K-Stocks now imports NSE equity symbols from the exchange CSV source and creates Yahoo `.NS` provider symbols such as YESBANK.NS for validation and trading.
- K-Stocks search now creates missing NSE/BSE provider candidates on demand so valid Yahoo symbols are not hidden simply because they were not seeded earlier.
- K-Cricket bowling actions now save safely after the Power Ball/delivery update; the old human_action enum truncation issue has been repaired.
- The changelog page now groups the full release history into 1.x, 2.x, 3.x, and 4.x sections for easier browsing by admins and players.
