Start and find conversations
Open Chat and search active K-Mail users by name, username or email. Contacts appear first. The inbox can filter unread and archived conversations and search message content.
Popup chats
Use the Chat button to keep conversations open while moving through Mail, Drive, Photos and other workspace pages. Popups can be minimized, maximized or closed.
Messages and files
Reply, react, edit within the allowed time, pin messages and review delivery or read state. Upload protected files or reference Drive files without creating another stored copy.
Your controls
Chat settings control discovery, non-contact messages, presence, typing, receipts, previews and notifications. Delete for me and Clear chat affect only your view. Blocking prevents both users from starting or continuing a conversation.
Reports and administrator access
Reports preserve a checked evidence snapshot for review. Only explicitly permitted administrators can review reports or search history, and sensitive access requires a reason and is audited.
