Getting started

Installing KMAIL on iPhone, iPad, Android or desktop

Use the KMAIL install guide, Safari Add to Home Screen, or your browser installation prompt.

Use the KMAIL Install button

Tap Install to open instructions matched to your current device. Android and desktop browsers use their native installation prompt when available.

iPhone and iPad

Apple does not let a website open the installation prompt automatically. Open KMAIL in Safari, tap the Share button, choose Add to Home Screen, and tap Add. If KMAIL opened inside Gmail or another app, first open or copy the page into Safari.

Already installed

When KMAIL is running from your Home Screen or app launcher, the guide reports that it is already installed. Live mail, sending, uploads and Chat continue to require a network connection.
