Storage Saver shows optimising, compressing, validating, saving original, finalising, complete or failed. The activity page shows how many files remain.
Savings report
Reports compare actual original and final bytes only after processing. Retained originals count toward storage according to policy.
Permanent replacement
When original deletion is selected, the original cannot be restored after the validated replacement is committed. KMAIL requires explicit confirmation and never deletes the source first.
