What Needs attention means
Open Email Domains and choose the affected domain. Connection health shows the failed API, authentication, POP3 or SMTP check and its latest message.
Automatic recovery
Auto-fix and discover authenticates with the saved Webuzo server credential, uses the imported domain owner through loginAs, tests the Email Accounts API and mail ports, then queues read-only mailbox discovery when the checks pass.
If manual correction is required
Confirm that the imported Webuzo owner username belongs to the domain, that the API credential can access the end-user Email Accounts page, and that port 2003 plus the configured POP3 and SMTP ports are reachable. Save the correction, select Test again, then retry discovery.
Safety
Testing and discovery never change mailbox passwords or messages. Only importing a selected discovered mailbox changes that mailbox password because Webuzo cannot return its existing plaintext password.
