IMPORTANCE OF HR IN A RESTURANT

RESTURANT:

A restaurant is an occupation where it prepares and serves food and beverages to customers, in exchange for which they have to pay for them. The restaurant serves many types of food and beverages to satisfy each and every customer's taste. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They provide a dining space for individuals, families, and corporate groups where they can enjoy their food and satisfy themselves. Restaurants are the places where people come together to celebrate different festivals and special occasions and have a good time with their friends and families.

Restaurants provide different types of meals to every customer according to their demands and wants that satisfy them. Basically, restaurants serve all types of meals, including Indian, Chinese, South Indian, Mexican, and Italian. Restaurants also provide vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and Jain food.

Usually, when the customers enter the restaurant, they sit on the table for their meal, the waiter comes and takes the food order, and after the completion of the food, the customer pays the bill and exits the restaurant, but in some of the corporate restaurants, there are no waiters. The customers have to take their own plates and have to serve their own food, and after the completion of their food, they have to pay the bill at the cashier, and now they can exit the restaurant.
